You will play a pivotal role in driving B2B demand through strategic initiatives focused on advertising agencies and game publishers. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing demand generation strategies that drive measurable pipeline growth. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure our demand generation efforts align with business objectives, while also building and nurturing long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.

You will

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy targeting advertising agencies and game publishers.
  • Own the end-to-end creation and management of demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, content creation, webinars, and events.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales pipeline objectives, ensuring the quality and quantity of leads.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to constantly refine strategies, optimize conversion rates, and drive engagement.
  • Identify and experiment with new channels and tactics for lead acquisition and nurturing.
  • Build and manage relationships with advertising agencies and game publishers to deepen market penetration.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders on ROI and key metrics.
  • Lead a team of demand generation marketers, fostering a culture of innovation and performance.

You need

  • Proven experience in demand generation with a strong background in B2B marketing, particularly within the advertising or gaming industries.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Track record of building successful demand generation campaigns and driving substantial lead acquisition.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments; startup experience is a plus.
