About Stash:

Stash sees a future in which developers can be their own platforms for the first time by delivering excellent direct-to-consumer experiences. We offer game developers a suite of tools that enable them to directly sell to and engage with their players, including web shops, custom game launchers, and payment processing. That way, games can finally interact with their players on their own terms. Key Responsibilities:
BD & G2M Strategy:
Develop business development strategy to increase Stash’s adoption among large game developers and align Stash’s G2M strategy with product development
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that align with Stash’s strategic goals, including with games industry ecosystems and platforms like engines, tools, adtechs, etc.
Sales and Partnerships:
Lead efforts to sell Stash’s enterprise products into large mobile and PC game developers with live games, focusing on building long-term relationships and strategic partnerships as well as operating the sales pipeline.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and pain points.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Team Leadership:
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing business development team to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Work closely with leaders from marketing, design, product, and engineering to facilitate the transfer of insights from developer conversations.
Market Analysis and Feedback:
Stay informed on mobile and PC industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Gather and analyze client feedback to influence product development and improve Stash’s offerings.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
Represent Stash at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish key connections.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the gaming industry.
Proven track record of working with game developers and selling enterprise products into large developer organizations at senior levels
Strong network of contacts within the gaming industry, particularly among large game development studios and publishers (primarily mobile or cross platform studios).
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong strategic thinking and knowledge of game developers and games
Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
Leadership experience with the ability to communicate to a cross functional team
Good experience working with product or engineering led organizations
Demonstrated capacity to negotiate complex agreements
