We offer game developers a suite of tools that enable them to directly sell to and engage with their players, including web shops, custom game launchers, and payment processing. Role Overview:
You’ll be the go-to person and trusted advisor for our premium customers - responsible for managing and nurturing post-sales relationships. Your main focus will be making sure our customers are happy and their needs and KPIs are met, always looking for ways to make their experience with Stash even better. You’ll leverage your attention to detail, great communication skills, and project management expertise to guide and support customers through every step of the Stash journey. By deeply understanding Stash’s solutions as well as our customers’ needs, you’ll make strategic recommendations to maximize their growth with Stash. Plus, you’ll get to work closely with our amazing product and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and help shape the future of Stash.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with premium Stash customers
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for Stash customers, providing guidance and support
Manage day-to-day communications for customers both internally and externally
Deeply understand our customers’ strategic objectives and KPIs in order to maximize their direct-to-consumer growth
Communicate and advocate for customer needs to the product and engineering teams to ensure expectations are met
Become an expert in Stash solutions and educate customers on new features and products
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and being proactive
Manage and prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations for customers to help them achieve their goals
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Fluent English - a MUST
4+ years in a customer-facing role
Game industry background
Willingness and ability to travel
Strong people skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding relationship management skills
