  • Manage a team of programmers, ensuring their well-being and professional growth through regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, mentoring, and support.
  • Take ownership of the technical aspects of projects and features. This includes planning, scoping, prioritizing, tasking, and conducting code reviews to maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Lead the recruitment efforts for the programming team, identifying and attracting top talent to enhance the team's capabilities. Create an environment of continuous learning and development for your team members.
  • Define and implement development processes and best practices to streamline the workflow, increase efficiency, and ensure consistent quality across our games.
  • Assist in onboarding your team to new projects and technologies, providing guidance and support to ensure a seamless transition.


  • 6+ years experience as a game programmer
  • Proven experience in managing a team of game programmers.
  • Worked on multiple titles for PC or Console platforms and shipped at least one title.
  • Excellent C++ programming skills, with proficiency in Unreal Engine or Unity.
  • Proficient communication skills
  • Fluency in English (minimum C1 level).

Additional skills that will help you stand out:

  • Previous work on published games or personal game development projects.
  • Additional experience with various proprietary in-house engines is highly desirable.
  • Experience scaling or building programming teams

    Step 1

    First, a chat with our recruiter. We’d like to learn more about you, your skills and your aspirations!

    Step 2

    For some roles, we may ask you to complete a technical test to assess your skills

    Step 3

    Up next, talking with the Team Lead. We’ll assess what you’d bring to the team and how you would fit in.

    Step 4

    Then, you’ll meet the rest of the team, to get to know the people you would be working with – and they’ll get to know you.
