To boost our design capacity, we are looking for a Senior Level Designer to join the team. You will be working on new levels of exciting projects with our partner studios.

Responsibilities:
- Bring the high-level vision of game levels to life, overseeing all development stages, from initial blockout to final product release.
- Collaborate effectively with environment artists, programmers, game designers, animators, and VFX artists to deliver a top-tier gaming experience.
- Plan, design, and implement diverse gameplay scenarios within the game.
- Work closely with programmers and technical artists to ensure smooth performance of game levels.
- Balance maps and gameplay for both PvP and PvE modes based on feedback and data analysis.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Level or Mission Design role, with at least one shipped title on PC and/or console, or equivalent experience on a live game.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience using 3D world and level building tools such as Unreal Engine, Unity, or CryEngine.
- Proficiency in traditional and visual scripting languages for creating level flows and various gameplay scenarios.
- Proven ability to develop maps and levels from initial blockout to final delivery.
- Track record of effectively receiving and implementing feedback from players and stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating within cross-discipline teams that include programmers, artists, and animators.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with working on a proprietary game engine.
- Experience with multiplayer game development.
- A background in engineering related to game design.
- Experience in 3DS Max or Maya.
