The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about gaming, streaming, marketing and community building with a strong understanding of the Gen Z demographic. You will play a crucial role in promoting Ray on social media, assisting with communications, and working closely with our product and leadership teams to build effective strategies to grow our player base. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute engaging social media strategies to increase brand awareness and user engagement across platforms popular with Gen Z.
  • Community Building: Build, manage, and nurture a vibrant community of users and advocates. Foster relationships with users, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
  • Communication: Assist with creating compelling content for various communication channels, ensuring all messaging is clear, concise, and aligned with our brand voice.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with overall company goals. Provide insights and feedback from the community to inform product development.
  • Strategy Development: Contribute to the creation and implementation of marketing strategies aimed at growing our user base and enhancing user retention.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns from conception to completion, including performance tracking and optimization.

You Need

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English with exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
  • Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends, particularly those popular with Gen Z.
  • Community Management Experience: Proven experience in building and managing online communities.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
  • Collaborative: Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Marketing Passion: Genuine interest in marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
