This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of the user acquisition financing product, PowerUp. We are looking for a compassionate, customer-centric individual with experience in crafting and executing a dynamic business development strategy. You will nurture customer and partner relationships, conduct ongoing market research, and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaboration with teams across data engineering, underwriting, product, finance, legal, and other departments is key to delivering successful outcomes.

The Role

Demand Generation

  • Cultivate new qualified leads for the UA financing product on a weekly basis.
  • Develop and refine the sales process to ensure optimal conversion of leads into revenue while continuously shortening sales cycles over time.
  • Design and implement programs to educate and engage the market.
  • Explore and build partnerships with ecosystem partners to collaborate on investments.

Client Success Management

  • Contribute to designing the customer’s end-to-end experience, enhancing customer satisfaction and NPS.
  • Monitor customer interactions with internal teams, addressing any bottlenecks.
  • Establish feedback loops from the sales process, ensuring insights are shared with relevant internal teams.

Business Planning / Reporting

  • Develop revenue forecasts based on industry market research.
  • Create and share timely reports, keeping the entire organization informed of progress and key factors influencing target achievement.

You Will Need

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Development, or B2B Sales.
  • A background in VC or Finance with exposure to gaming is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial and game analysis.
  • Knowledge of gaming and consumer technology industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and ensuring customer/deal success.
  • Experience in deal construction and exploring different structures for successful deals.
  • Willingness to travel to strategic events and customer meetings as required, including internationally.
