You’ll join our startup team of games industry veterans to help build a powerful and scalable video game rewards platform.
In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for coordinating with team members and external clients to determine details for digital marketing campaigns. You’ll then be responsible for implementing and tracking those campaigns within our system. This role is best suited to applicants who pride themselves in their detail-oriented nature, focus on diligent execution, and are excited by the opportunity to coordinate with multiple parties both internally and externally.
Key responsibilities:
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand the needs and priorities of our clients
- Translate those needs into a prioritized list of executable campaign management action items
- Implement those changes, putting new campaigns live, making adjustments to existing campaigns, and pausing when necessary
- Track and communicate changes to appropriate stakeholders
- Reconcile campaign performance metrics and reporting data
Required Traits:
- Meticulous attention to detail, diligent, and organized
- Self starter who reliably follows through on initiatives all the way to completion
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
- Strong time management skills, efficient, and resourceful
- Able to work effectively on a team as well as independently
Require Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in a discipline that provides a solid foundation for the above requirements
- Hands-on expertise using Excel (analytical functions) and/or other analytics/visualization tools (eg, Tableau, Looker Studio) to support data-driven decision making
Bonus Points:
- Any intern or professional experience in a similar role in the mobile advertising or video games industry
- Understanding of and interest in customer loyalty and rewards programs
