Playback Rewards is seeking a revenue-focused Product Manager to manage live operations of our new mobile and desktop product. You’ll join our startup team of games industry veterans to help build a powerful and scalable rewards platform for mobile games.

In this exciting and central position, you will be responsible for improving key metrics for the platform. Reporting to our Chief Product Officer, you’ll combine a growth hacker mindset with experience in making fast-moving product optimization to boost traffic and revenue. This role is best suited to applicants who have experience with driving daily and weekly product enhancements that deliver immediate results, and who are comfortable in a position highly accountable for revenue growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage fast-moving product optimizations and promotions
• Design new features, user flows, promotions, and user experiences
• Help strategically ranksort possible product initiatives to identify those likely to generate the highest impact with the lowest effort
• Track and optimize Measure daily KPIs and deliver actionable insights to our leadership team for improvement and growth
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to drive informed recommendations

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in a similar role coming out of industries such as mobile advertising, video game live operations, or SaaS live operations hands-on management
• Solid understanding of customer loyalty and rewards programs
• Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
• Hands-on expertise using Excel (analytical functions) and/or other analytics/visualization tools (eg, Tableau, Looker Studio) to support data-driven decision making
• Strong attention to detail and follow through on initiatives all the way to completion

Preferred:

• MBA or Bachelors degree in a discipline related to the above requirements
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies in a lean environment

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000-90,000/year; 4 weeks of flexible paid time off and company holidays; comprehensive health, dental, vision insurance (all 50% company paid); and a 401k (with 4% company match).
