Odeeo was created to improve the in-game user experience by respectfully connecting gamers, developers, and brands through audio innovation. Our flagship product, the Odeeo SDK, introduces a new ad format based on audio, providing real value to both brands and game studios.

Our product team is expanding, and we are seeking a highly motivated Product Integration Specialist. This role will play a critical part in ensuring product integration quality, client satisfaction, managing our external knowledge base, and driving innovative product growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Odeeo SDK integration processes with gaming partners, providing clear guidance on product, technical implementation, and solutions to meet publishers’ needs.
  • Understand clients' technical requirements and gaps to ensure success with the Odeeo SDK solution.
  • Solve integration-related problems for app developers, offering clear guidance regardless of the developer's experience level.
  • Improve the ease of integration by providing meaningful insights, improving our integration lifecycle, and enhancing product documentation.
  • Prioritize and manage issues from clients, communicate them internally, and escalate them to product and R&D teams as necessary.
  • Represent the company’s best practices and technical capabilities to clients, balancing technical insights with business logic.
  • Collaborate with external clients and internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to enhance understanding of Odeeo’s solutions from both a technical and business perspective.
  • Fully own and initiate projects to improve integration flow and service level; perform market research and integrate new products and platforms as needed.
  • Act as the highest point of escalation before engineers, ensuring business teams can resolve customer issues.
  • Manage and improve our external knowledge base and integration documents, applying knowledge of common use cases to enhance the “support-free” integration approach.
  • Provide insights to R&D and Product teams based on client integration challenges, suggesting improvements to the product.
  • Work closely with QA to reproduce product bugs, assess their importance, and escalate them to R&D when needed.
  • Influence product development by providing integration-based insights and suggesting innovative product improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a product specialist/support engineer/professional services manager/technical account manager role or equivalent position.
  • Experience and understanding of mobile coding languages and platforms (Android, iOS, Unity engine) - coding skills are advantageous but not required.
  • Understanding of the ad-tech industry, monetization flows (especially in mobile), and metrics - a significant advantage.
  • Genuine interest in the gaming space, particularly mobile gaming.
  • Passion for impacting product success and innovation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both external clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences and discuss them with technical teams.
  • Experience working directly with R&D and QA teams, effectively communicating issues and asking pertinent questions.
  • Experience working with global teams, managing remote work relationships, and clearly conveying questions and requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to rely on data for decision-making.

  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks across various business areas.

  • Native or highly professional English speaker - both verbal and written. Experience in writing technical documentation is a plus.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in the ad-tech or online/mobile gaming industry, particularly in Ad Monetization, SDKs, Unity Engine - a big advantage.
  • Understanding gaming industry nuances, including game genre mechanics and gaming analytics terms.
  • Experience working with mediation platforms and mobile ad networks.
  • Experience with Jira & Confluence.
