We are searching for a mid-level QA Engineer!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and usability;
• Perform manual and automated testing of web-based and mobile applications, APIs, and backend systems;
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems, and work closely with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues;
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that software updates and enhancements do not introduce new bugs or impact existing functionality;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, clarify specifications, and ensure alignment between QA and development efforts;
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency;
• Monitor production systems and conduct post-release validation to verify the stability and reliability of software releases;
• Keeping up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• Experience with software quality assurance, with a focus on web-based applications, backend systems and/or mobile applications;
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices;
• Ability to work collaboratively with designers and developers;
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Appium or similar;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail;
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with the latest back-end technologies, trends, and best practices.
