Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as an Employer Branding Intern. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employer branding efforts, with a primary focus on content management and LinkedIn posting. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of employer branding while contributing to our organization's overall talent acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop engaging and compelling content for various employer branding initiatives, including blog posts, social media updates, employee testimonials, and job advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to understand the organization's brand voice and values, ensuring that all content aligns with the employer brand messaging.
  • Conduct research and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to employer branding to create relevant and impactful content.

LinkedIn Management:

  • Actively manage and maintain the company's LinkedIn presence, including creating and curating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience.
  • Optimize LinkedIn profiles of employees to showcase the company's culture, values, and opportunities.
  • Monitor LinkedIn analytics to track the performance of posts and identify areas for improvement.

Employer Branding Initiatives:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of employer branding campaigns, events, and initiatives.
  • Support the coordination of employee engagement activities, such as employee spotlights, internal newsletters, and recognition programs.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to gather employee stories and testimonials to strengthen the employer brand.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor key metrics and analytics related to content engagement and LinkedIn performance.
  • Prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of employer branding efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, human resources, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and an understanding of social media best practices.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms.
  • Basic understanding of employer branding and talent acquisition concepts.
  • Proficiency in Canva or Photoshop
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box when developing content.
