We are seeking a visionary and innovative Development Lead to lead an engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning technology-related decisions with the organization's goals, managing research and development (R&D), and implementing technology that enhances our product development and player satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

1. Strategic Planning:
   • Develop and implement a technology vision and strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
   • Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology solutions that improve efficiency and customer experiences.
2. Leadership and Team Management:
   • Lead, mentor, and grow the technology team, ensuring a culture of innovation and excellence.
   • Foster a collaborative, agile, and innovative environment within the technology department.
3. Technology Development and Management:
   • Oversee all technology operations, including network security, software development, and system administration.
   • Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape.
   • Manage technology budgets and time frames.
4. Product Development and Innovation:
   • Work closely with the product development teams to design and implement new technology solutions.
   • Ensure continuous delivery of technical services through oversight of service level agreements with end users and monitoring of systems, programs, and equipment performance.
5. Risk Management:
   • Identify and mitigate technological risks.
   • Ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity regulations.

As a Successful Candidate, You Would Have

• Proven experience as a Technical Director, Technical Lead, Lead Developer or similar leadership role in a technology-driven environment, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Deep knowledge of current technological trends in gaming and Web3.
• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

As a Bonus, You Would

• Strong understanding of budgets and business-planning.

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MSc/MA/MBA is a plus.
