Job Title: Client Servicing / Project Manager

Experience: 4-5 Years

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Client Servicing / Project Manager with 4-5 years

of experience in advertising or corporate communications. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, and

coordinating between internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. This role requires strategic

thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to manage multiple projects in a

fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong

relationships.

o Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable plans.

2. Project Management:

o Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality

standards are met.

o Collaborate with creative, digital, and production teams to deliver projects

seamlessly.

3. Strategic Planning:

o Provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients to enhance campaign

effectiveness.

o Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource

allocation.

4. Problem Solving:

o Address and resolve client concerns proactively and efficiently.

o Anticipate potential challenges and implement solutions to mitigate risks.

5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

o Monitor project progress and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with client

expectations.

o Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate results and insights.

Requirements:

 Experience: 4-5 years in client servicing or project management roles within an

advertising agency or corporate communications environment.

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related

field.

 Skills:

o Strong project management and organizational skills.

o Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

o Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, project management software (e.g.,

Asana, Trello), and CRM platforms.

o Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
