Kratos Gamer Network (KGEN) is building a decentralized gamer network, disrupting ad-tech dominated by Big Tech (Meta, Google, Bytedance, Apple) by making users part of the ad-tech value chain. KGEN dominates global gaming charts with a network of 10.8M Gamers and 3.3M UAW (30d) gas as of October 2024, and is driving value to Global Game Publishers and Chains with 150+ paying partners, clocking an annualized revenue of US $12M in October 2024 and turning profitable within 18 months of inception and turning profitable within 18 months of inception.

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru. The Associate - Legal and Governance will be responsible for drafting and negotiating business contracts, managing administrative and compliance tasks, organizing board meetings, maintaining company records, and ensuring legal, secretarial and regulatory requirements are met across a range of jurisdictions including India, Singapore, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Cyprus among others.

You will work with a stellar team with impeccable professional experience across leading tech and consumer giants like Google, Microsoft, Boston Consulting Group, AB InBev, Unilever, Nazara Technology, Cisco, Star Network, etc. and educational pedigree across top global institutions like The Wharton School, IIM Ahmedabad, IIT Bombay, University of Warwick, National Law School of India among others.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and company law
• Proficiency in organizing board meetings and maintaining company records
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in legal documentation and drafting
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
