Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Payments Team Lead to join our dynamic casino operations team. The Payments Team Lead will oversee and manage all payment-related processes, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions for our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of casino payment systems, industry best practices, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, managing a team to ensure that payments are processed smoothly, securely, and in a timely manner. The Payments Team Lead will collaborate with various departments, identify payment process optimizations, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing, leading, training, and developing team members to consistently enhance individual skills and achieve overall objectives
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the Payments Team.
  • Performing consistent coaching and performance management of the team members
  • Creating and plotting team schedules and performing resource management
  • Monitoring the activities to ensure all service levels committed are achieved.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies.
  • Prepare and present reports on team performance and trends to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience of at least 6 months
  • Proven experience in payment processing within the casino or gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of payment gateways, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard payment systems, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to strategize and execute plans efficiently.
