What You’ll Do:

IT Security and Infrastructure Management:

• Deploy and manage Zero Trust cloud networks, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and SASE/VPNs.
• Administer identity and access platforms, such as JumpCloud or Okta, and manage user accounts across company services.
• Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and compliance issues, including PCI-DSS, ISO27001 and GDPR.
• Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Deploy and manage a varied suite of security tools to protect both endpoints and cloud infrastructure.
• Respond to and manage security incidents, including breaches and cyberattacks, with a proactive approach to prevention

IT Operations and User Support:

• Set up and configure remotely various corporate endpoint devices for employees, ensuring timely deployment of equipment for new hires.PC, MacOs and Chromebook knowledge is desirable
• Provide technical support to users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage and improve the company internal infrastructure based in Google Workspace.
• Manage permissions and access rights, ensuring users have appropriate resource access.
• Oversee equipment procurement, inventory, and deployment to maintain an efficient workflow.

Leadership and Reporting:

• Create and deliver regular reports on IT performance, issues, and security status to key stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with design, development, and leadership teams to support IT scalability in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand the inner workings of various departments in order to craft an efficient and effective security policy that maintains the appropriate controls while delivering business solutions.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
• 5+ years of combined experience in IT Security and IT Management, including various different types of infrastructures with a focus on cloud deployments and Information security.
• Hands-on experience with IDM, MDM, ,endpoint security, IDS/IPS, and SASE management.
• Experience in managing small to mid/size multidisciplinary teams in various locations and timezones.
• Proven ability to manage and maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks like PCI DSS, SOC2, SOX and GDPR.
