What you’ll do:
- Oversee daily administration tasks, including managing multi-user setups, profiles, roles, and customizing forms, fields, views, triggers, and other business rules.
- Customize fields, forms, views, business rules, workflows, email notifications, approval processes, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs.
- Design and execute advanced reports and dashboards.
- Lead system rollouts, support ongoing maintenance, and handle upgrades, while recommending improvements for processes.
- Maintain overall data integrity within Zendesk.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and escalations.
- Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions.
- Support the training of new and existing users.
- Assist with data imports, exports, and updates using Zendesk Explore and other tools.
- Create and update comprehensive technical documentation for system processes.
- Ensure projects are delivered following established best practices.
- Collaborate with business teams to ensure system functionality meets their needs.
- Identify and manage issues and risks for ongoing projects.
- Oversee the change control process to track and implement modifications.
- Conduct status meetings and provide reports as required.
- Contribute to the training of team members and support various initiatives as needed.
What we’re looking for:
- Zendesk Administrator Certification
- 5 years of Zendesk Administrator experience with demonstration of strong knowledge and understanding of the platform
- Experience with API integrations
- Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize multiple tasks
