At Benjamin, we're passionate about rewarding everyday actions through our MoMo’s (Money Moments). Benjamin is a new cash-rewards platform for consumers, merchants and gamers to earn cash, called Benjamin Money Moments, by completing daily tasks, playing casual games, viewing content and ads, and making everyday card purchases with cash back.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop/evolve the overall creative strategy for the brand to ensure it aligns with the company’s mission, vision, and go-to-market strategy.
• Straddle between high-level strategy and hands-on execution when needed.
• Internally build a multi-disciplined creative team and establish an environment that fosters connection and collaboration.
• Ability to gain consensus across leadership and production leads.
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of product & marketing goals, objectives, and schedules to create innovative work.
• Collaborate with department leads to ensure seamless process to bring visual design forward.
• Collaborate across the organization and manage the team to ensure “Creative Services” is oriented to helping advance the business in meaningful ways
• Ensure that “Creative Services” is highly operational and able to efficiently manage a project queue with speed, flexibility, and quality
• Own and manage the creative budget responsibly and proactively

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant in-house/agency experience with marketing, brand, and interactive design
• 5+ years’ experience hiring, scaling, developing, and managing a design team, preferably in a hyper-growth environment
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to think analytically
• A sound understanding of digital marketing practices, tactics, and strategies
• Strives for excellence and thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments
• Expert level skills in Adobe Suites + Figma
• Exceptional organization skills and proven ability to develop high quality projects on time with minimal oversight
