Benjamin is a new cash-rewards platform for consumers, merchants and gamers to earn cash, called Benjamin Money Moments, by completing daily tasks, playing casual games, viewing content and ads, and making everyday card purchases with cash back.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of creative concepts for marketing campaigns, social media, website, and product interfaces, ensuring alignment with Benjamin’s brand identity.
• Oversee and provide direction on multiple communication design projects, mentoring junior designers and ensuring high-quality output.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, sales and leadership teams to create impactful visuals for promotional materials, email campaigns, and in-app content.
• Design user-centric communication materials such as infographics, presentations, and case studies that distill complex information for diverse audiences.
• Create visually compelling content across various channels, including blogs, social media, newsletters, and in-app notifications, and offer content while maintaining consistency in visual messaging.
• Lead the development and maintenance of a comprehensive visual style guide, ensuring consistency and coherence across all of Benjamin’s brand assets.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools, integrating new techniques into the design process to keep Benjamin’s visual identity fresh and engaging.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, communications design, or a related role, preferably in a startup or fintech environment.
• Proven experience in overseeing multiple design projects, with strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work, with an emphasis on visual storytelling and communication.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
