Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full-Stack Conversational AI Engineer at Arya. You will lead the development of Arya's new conversational AI products. You will build consumer-facing chatbots and conversational agents in the underdeveloped and promising field of relationship and intimacy, as well as Integrate AI assistants and algorithms into multiple Arya services. The role offers flexibility for some remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Customize and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) to ensure safety and desired functionality.
• Design engaging dialogue flows and conversations that dynamically alter content, considering various personas and moods.
• Research emerging techniques in dialogue systems and natural language processing (NLP).
• Continuously improve model performance and capabilities.
• Build end-to-end conversational flows, integrating with various in-house developed services.
• Work closely with product and content teams to identify new opportunities and conversational strategies.
• Monitor conversational systems, evaluate their efficiency and accuracy, and identify unwanted behaviors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience, including at least 2+ years focused on developing chatbots, dialogue systems, or related NLP projects.
• Extensive experience with LLMs, particularly in prompt engineering.
• Experience building a consumer-facing chatbot - a huge plus and a borderline requirement :)
• Proficient in Python and major machine learning frameworks.
• Extremely independent and execution-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about conversational AI and its potential to help people improve their relationships.
