We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Monetization Designer to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing assets that drive conversion rates and increase revenue for our gaming platform.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement monetization strategies to improve revenue generation across our platform.
• Work closely with the game design team to ensure that monetization features are seamlessly integrated into the game.
• Create and design high-quality in-game assets such as virtual goods, special offers, promotions, and other marketing materials.
• Analyze player behavior and engagement to identify opportunities for monetization and optimize existing features.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to measure and improve conversion rates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in monetization design.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in monetization design or a related field.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in designing assets that drive conversion rates and increase revenue.
• Strong understanding of player psychology and behavior as it relates to monetization.
• Excellent knowledge of monetization best practices, industry trends, and market dynamics.
• Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and Figma.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Game Design, or a related field is preferred.
