As a Senior Product Manager at Ancient8, you will define and execute product visions, roadmaps, and goals aligned with our strategic objectives. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to explore new opportunities in crypto trading, asset classes, and user experiences while staying attuned to market trends in the Web3 and gaming industries.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in alignment with Ancient8's mission and business goals.
• Identify and seize opportunities for growth, innovation, and differentiation in the Web3 space.
• Work closely with the development team to shape the future of Ancient8 products.
• Focus on delivering products that target new user segments, introduce novel forms of crypto trading, and explore emerging asset classes and experiences.
• Stay up-to-date on the Web3 and gaming industry trends and competitor activity to tap into new user segments, new forms of crypto trading, new asset classes, and new experiences.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 2+ years in the crypto and Web3 space.
• Proven experience managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of Web3 technologies and blockchain fundamentals, including decentralization and blockchain architecture. Familiarity with smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders across internal teams and external partners.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline preferred
